Born in Ireland, he has studied in Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design & Technology, and also with the esteemed artist and tutor Niamh Harding Miller. He is constantly drawn to the Burren, the inspiration for much of his work. He exhibits in important milieux including Microsoft Ireland Art Collection 07, and Biennale Internazionale dell'Arte Contemporanea, Florence 2005. His art is also influenced by Irish culture and ethos and forms part of collections in Europe, America and China.
