Katie O'Donoghue graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art from the Crawford College of Art & Design in 2012. Her work has been included in a number of exhibitions and forms part of several private and public collections including Cork Institute of Technology.

"My work" she says, "is primarily concerned with the connections between the human psyche and interiors, investigating themes of abandonment, dereliction and the passing of time. I have been inspired by buildings to which I have a connection, focusing on the emptiness following the departure of humans from their interior."
